Great question!  It depends on which membership you signed up for as there are different options for each.  

Essential Skin Health Membership
Each calendar month, members may choose one of the following treatments:

• 60-Minute Signature Facial

• Dermaplane Treatment

• Light Grade PCA Chemical Peel

• Four B12 Injections (1 per week)

• Two Wiki Wiki Facials (one for you and one for a friend!)

These members receive 10% off of other products and services.

Members also have access to exclusively priced upgrade options including:

• SkinPen Microneedling

• DiamondGlow

• VI Peel

• PRX DermPerfexion / PRX Plus Biostimulator Treatment

Red light therapy and dermaplaning may also be added to most treatments. 

Advanced Laser Membership
Each calendar month, members may choose one of the following treatments:

• IPL Photo Facial

• Tattoo Removal

• Carbon Laser Facial

• PICO Treatment

• Pigment/Vascular Lesion Treatment

• Sun Damage Treatment

• Rosacea Treatment

• Laser Hair Reduction

These members receive 15% off of other products and services.  

Advanced Laser Members may also upgrade to the CoolPeel treatment with advance notice.

A Full 45-Minute Dermaplane Treatment is included as one of the monthly treatment options. Dermaplane add-ons are available for an additional fee when incorporated with any of the following treatments:

• Signature Facial

• PCA Peel

• DiamondGlow

• PRX (at your provider’s discretion)

Yes!  You can absolutely gift your treatment to a friend, family member, coworker, etc.  We do ask for advance notice with their contact information so that we may edit the appointment to reflect that change, and to give the guest enough time to complete their intake/consent forms prior to coming in.

Please carefully review our financial policies regarding late cancellations.  Our providers have set aside this time specifically for you, however we do understand that life happens.  Please reach out to us if this occurs, and we will do our best to work with you.

Payments are automatically set to draw on the 1st of each month.

After 12 consecutive payments*, the contract will revert to month-to-month with no cancellation fee.  This does automatically renew, so it is your responsibility to let us know if you are not planning to continue your monthly treatments.

*Should you skip your membership at any time within the first 12 months of your contract, the amount skipped will be added to the end of your contract period. 

The best option is to let us know the month prior, as we can set your membership to skip up to 3 months.  However, if you have forgotten to schedule or have cancelled an appointment without rescheduling, this will count as a forfeit for that month.  We also may not carry over a monthly treatment into the next month as each treatment needs to be scheduled within a calendar month.

As a courtesy, our staff will typically encourage you to schedule for the next month (if not further out).  Otherwise, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are scheduling your treatments each month. 

We do encourage booking your appointments at least 1-2 months in advance to ensure you are scheduled on the date and time that works best for you, in order to avoid scheduling conflicts or having to forfeit the month.  If you need to cancel or reschedule and we are fully booked, we will add you to the waitlist and let you know of any cancellations.  

 If our office has to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will do our best to make sure you are rescheduled for the next available date. 

Our membership enrollment fee helps cover the administrative setup and onboarding associated with activating and maintaining your membership account/benefits and exclusive member pricing. It also allows us to maintain the value of the program while continuing to offer discounted services, member-only perks, and priority access to treatments throughout your membership.

This is a one-time charge collected at the start of your membership and is separate from your recurring monthly membership payment.

Our 12-month memberships are designed to provide members with preferred pricing, exclusive savings, and reserved treatment availability throughout the duration of the agreement. Because membership pricing and benefits are structured around a full 12-month commitment, an early cancellation fee of $250 applies if the membership is terminated before the contract term is completed.

This fee helps offset the discounted rates, administrative processing, and reserved membership benefits provided during the active membership period.

In the online booking feature under the Individual Appointment option, you can select the Member Services category.  With this, you are able to schedule your member treatment without being asked for a deposit.
